There was a time that I didn't have enough money to buy special things for my friends for their birthday so I started cooking for them, making delicious desserts that showed my love and my gratitude. There was also a time that I had lunch at home alone so I had to learn some basic dishes. In this time I had no time to loose cooking just as many hard-workers, students and many other people. It was in those times that I realized I enjoy cooking but it had to be something fast, something tasteful, something cheap, something easy AND good.
Unfortunately or fortunately, these times are still my times.
